Bird Strike!

You wouldn’t believe it if we told you, so we’ll show you instead. Before last months crazy blizzard, strong winds were blowing when we heard a tremendous crashing noise. We rushed outside and found a Cooper’s Hawk that had smashed into our window! In an attempt to fly south for the winter and escape the brutal cold & snow, the little guy made an unplanned detour at the studio!

Amazingly the hawk was still alive, but pretty dazed from the impact.

We immediately called animal rescue at MSPCA and they sent a field technician to recover the injured bird.
At the end of the day, we were all relieved and happy that the hawk survived and is in good hands.

Wouldn’t this be the perfect week to book a vacation?

We’re wishing to be back in the warm weather after all the snow from that blizzard last week!  The picturesque river ways of Watertown Massachusetts got our attention when we scouted this location for a shoot with AAA. It provided the perfect backdrop for the concept of this ad campaign. As the Indresano team set up for the shoot, we encountered a few little web-footed surprises. Take a look!

When a location is too beautiful for words…shoot video instead!

A weekend spent working isn’t so bad when you get to stay in a mansion like this one!  Our team spent days on location with the best crew and equipment to make sure we captured the breathtaking and magnificent essence of this home.  Stay tuned for the final product, we are beyond excited to reveal it!

Re-Imagining the Female Form

Mayo Bowl 2014 with the New England Patriots

We were honored to be invited as guests to the Mayo Bowl last night, a fundraiser held by New England Patriot Jerod Mayo to raise money for the Boston Medical Center.  It was such a great time hanging out with the players, as we laughed, ate, and of course took photos, all for a great cause!

When it rained, it poured as we captured a short lifestyle video of Timberland’s Waterproof Technology in action! We learned to embrace nature as it comes and enjoy the good things. The best part of the shoot was having the option to stay dry and deciding not to.

Video Shoot Part 2: Behind The Scenes in Malaysia

Where do we even begin with our trip to Malaysia?! We traversed half way around the globe from Boston to Penang for the second and final stop of our video shoot. Over two days, we shot in a spice garden, a tropical fruit farm, a butterfly sanctuary, the Penang national forest, on the beautiful beaches, and in the thick of the city. We filmed in tuk tuks, out of the back of a moving vehicle, in the water with our underwater camera housing, and on a boat at sunset. Our models held butterflies, rode bikes, hiked in the rainforest, and frolicked in the ocean. We worked hard in the 80% humidity and scorching temperatures, but we wouldn’t have changed one second of it! Stay tuned for Part 3, where we’ll release the final video!

Video Shoot Part 1: Behind The Scenes in California

Step into the adventure at Lake Arrowhead, CA, the first of two stops for an exciting video shoot. Before the sun cast its magical light over the San Bernardino National Forest, our crew had already jump started on the shoot. Only 2 minutes to capture that perfect sunrise, and we got it! The we hiked up trails, traversed the rugged terrain, balanced like mountain goats on cliffs, and soaked in the most beautiful overlooks. But this is not the last stop on our magical mystery tour. …To say that we had fun with the Boston Bruins Ice Girls while they were in the studio is an understatement – we had an absolute blast! These girls brought so much energy to the set and we loved capturing that through both photography and video.

Fun in the Sun with Aqua Leisure
